I. Target recipients: students enrolled in master's and doctoral programs at all the universities in Taiwan.
II. Scholarship amount: Doctoral program: NT$160,000 per student.
Master's Program: NT$120,000 per student.
III. Requirements of the scholarship: The youths who are enrolled in graduate schools at domestic universities may apply for the scholarship if they meet the following qualifications:
(1) Those who really need the scholarship to assist in completing academic research and paying tuition.
(2) The principle is that the student must be under 35 years of age with good academic performance.
(3) Students who are enrolled in a Rotary district or school district.
(4) Children of non-Rotarians (including honorary members).
(5) Those who are not in-service as a matter of principle.
(6) Applicants should certify a letter of commitment that the scholarship will not be used for other purposes.
(7) Those who have special ability or contribution to academic fields and who wish to contribute to Rotary after graduation.
(8) The student must be recommended by the Rotary Club from each region.
(9) Each Rotary club is required to recommend one student. However, donations (including pledges) made from August 1 through November 30, 2017 For every NT$200,000 or more, the Rotary Club may name a scholarship in the name of the Rotary Club and give priority to one student in the doctoral program, and for every NT$150,000 or more, the Rotary Club may give priority to one student in the master's program. The more you donate, the more priority you will receive.
