Preservation and Equipment

There are almost 500 thousand Japanese book collection preserved in our library. In addition, to enrich the equipment for Humanities and Social Sciences in our nation, enhancing the emption and usage of digital resources for Japanese research, we possess 32 kinds of database for Japanese literature. 8000 books of those are preserved in our department. Except for academic literatures, our department also purchased diverse Japanese textbooks for self-studying due to the need of our students.

Lectures for bachelor program are arranged to be given in e-learning classrooms, audio-visual classroom, and interpretation classroom at College of Liberal Arts and every education building at our main campus. Each teaching building is equipped with e-learning facilities, fulfilling the needs of playing multimedia teaching materials and PowerPoint slides. Teaching equipment in each classroom (e.g. audio-visual classroom, and interpretation classroom) is arranged to fit in with the learning style for small-sized class around 20 people. With the learning style of one set of equipment for one student, everybody can have the chance to learn practically.
