Guidelines for NTU Department of Japanese Language and Literature Applying for Koryo University Japanese Department Exchange Student Program

I. Eligibility
1. Students from our department: Sophomores (and above) in the undergraduate program.
2. Academic requirements: GPA of 3.0 or above for the previous academic year, or top 40% class ranking for the previous academic year.


II. Required Documents
1. Application form (Please download the standard application form from the department website).
2. Resume (Two pages in A4 size, written in Japanese, including content from high school, describing language proficiency, including courses taken and study plans).
3. Official transcripts for all academic years.
4. Certificate of class ranking for all academic years.
5. Letter of recommendation (from a full-time or adjunct professor in the department).
6. Other relevant documents proving language proficiency or other favorable qualifications.


※Please prepare all documents and submit them to the Department of Japanese Language and Literature office by 12:00 PM on December 13, 2023.
