I. Eligibility: International students from the College of Liberal Arts. Priority will be given to those with excellent admissions review scores or those who achieved outstanding academic performance in the previous year, and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. However, those who have already received scholarships (including financial aid) from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or the Office of International Affairs of this university are not eligible to apply.

II. How to Apply: Please submit the necessary documents to the Office (Room 245) in the College of Liberal Arts by October 13th of 2023. Also, email the electronic files to dtchiou@ntu.edu.tw.

III. Required Documents:
1. Undergraduates: Application form, autobiography, and transcripts from previous years.
2. Master's Students: 1) Application form, autobiography, and transcripts from previous years (including undergraduate years). 2) Research proposal or up to two research achievements.
3. Doctoral Students: 1) Application form, autobiography, and transcripts from previous years (including Master's program). 2) Research proposal and up to two research achievements.
