I. Qualifications for application.
　1. The University's overseas students who are from low-income families and are of good character. Excluding graduate students and students who have extended their study period.
　2. The second year or more of overseas Chinese students must pass the average of academic performance of the previous academic year and not be subject to disciplinary action.
　3. Students who are not receiving government grants, remissions, or scholarships for tuition and fees.

II. The application date: from August 29th, 2022 to September 8th.

III. Location for application: Overseas Students Advising Division, Office of Student Affairs, NTU (Room 812, Lixian Hall)
