【Office of International Affairs】All students in National University should fill in this format if attending activities of international and cross-strait

Since December 1, 2019, except for exchange programs, visiting student programs, and summer programs offered by the International Affairs Office, NTU students (bachelor, masters, and Ph.D.) participating in activities (including academic and cultural/sports/youth activities, etc.) in China must report to their departments and are required to fill in the report on the "Registration Platform for Educational Exchange Activities in China". For example, if the student is expected to exchange to Peking University in 109-1, he/she does not need to register on the platform. Japanese Department students should fill out the "Activity Checklist", "Registration Form for Educational Exchange Program in China", and "Activity Post-Registration Form", and mail these forms to Officer Chou via b92107049@ntu.edu.tw

How to fill out the form.
- Please complete the "Activity Checklist" and the "Registration Form for Educational Exchange Program in China" at least one month before the start date of the program and report to the department.
- After the activity is finished, please complete the "Activity Post Event Registration Form" and report to the department within one month after returning to Taiwan.
- If there is any change in the activity, please notify the department within 3 days of any information of the activity.
