Applications Open for the "Guo-Hua Yu Educational Foundation Scholarship of the Academic Year 2023"

I. Eligibility:
1. Undergraduate students of this university who are in their second year or above (excluding graduate students).
2. Students who have achieved a GPA of 3.76 (or 85%) or above for the 111th academic year and have no disciplinary records.
3. Priority will be given to those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds who need financial assistance.

II. Number of Scholarships: 1 to 2 recipients (with a total of 19 available slots for the entire university this academic year).

III. Scholarship Amount: NTD 70,000.

IV. Application Procedure: Please submit the necessary documents to the Office (Room 245) in the College of Liberal Arts by October 18th of the academic year 2023. Also, email the electronic files to dtchiou@ntu.edu.tw.

V. Required Documents:
1. Application form.
2. Original copies of transcripts from previous years, proof of disciplinary record, and a photocopy of conduct grade.
3. Autobiography.
4. Household registration of all family members from the past 3 months or a photocopy of the updated household registry from the past year.
5. Official proof of low or middle-low income status from the government. If not available or if possessing other proofs, please attach the official income data list for the 2022 year from the National Tax Bureau (every individual, regardless of their employment or educational status, will have this list. If a photocopy, it must have the official seal from the tax office or watermark on the copy. Self-made copies or tax reference documents are not accepted). The list must include: the applicant, the applicant's parents, spouse, children, unmarried siblings, married and cohabiting siblings, and cohabiting or jointly living grandparents (including those from the spouse's side).
