I. Proposed faculty title: full-time (project) assistant professor (including) or above
II. Quota: 1~2 teachers with expertise in Japanese language studies
III. Qualifications and field of expertise: Doctoral degree in Japanese literature, Japanese linguistics, and Japanese language education

3. A list of previous publications
4. A copy of the doctoral degree certificate (If the degree is from a foreign country, it must be verified by our overseas mission according to the document verification procedure)
5. Original transcripts of the master’s program and doctoral program
6. Two letters of recommendation (must be sealed)
7. At least one syllabus for each of the proposed specialized subjects and basic language courses
8. One to three representative publications within five years, four copies each (must be published after August 2018) (At least two journal articles and one book should be the representative work.)
9. A maximum of three references in seven years, four copies each (must be published after August 2016)
10. If there is any documentary evidence of current employment and experience, please provide a photocopy.
11. If you have a teaching certificate issued by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China, please provide a copy.

VIII. After the preliminary examination, the Department will arrange a teaching demonstration and an interview from early December to mid December in 2022 (please pay for your own travel expenses). If you fail to attend the interview, you will be considered as giving up the application.
