The Japanese Corner in the second semester of the 109th school year will be held on every Wednesday at 12:20~13:20, starting from March 17 (Wed) in Library Room 108.
The whole process will be conducted in Japanese.
Students in the department are welcome to join us by appointment!
1. Target: Students and graduate students in our department.
(The department office will confirm the identity after registration.)
2. Number of participants: One person can register for each session, but he/she can
bring his/her companion to participate with no maximum number of participants.
3. Opening hours
(1) Every Wednesday from 12:20 to 13:20, 20 minutes per session. Midterm exams
on 4/21 and final exams on 6/23 will be suspended.
(2) Pre-registration system is used. If there is no one to register for a session,
the session will be open for registration on the day.
(3) On the 15th day of each month at 1:00 p.m., the system will open for the
registration in next month.
If the 15th is a holiday, the system will open on the next business day.
4. Contents for the Communication.
(1) Students may have conversations, ask questions in Japanese, or ask Japanese
students to help correct Japanese articles.
(2) The number of articles to be checked will be limited to those that can be
finished on the spot. Making Japanese students bring them back for correction
will not be allowed.
(3) Only Japanese will be used during the whole process (some Chinese may be used
for the freshman).
All assignments are forbidden to be written by Japanese students.
Starting from 5/19, the Japanese Corner will be changed to online video.
