I. Oral Examination time: April 19, 2020 (Sun)

II, Location of the oral examination: the meeting room of the Department of Foreign Languages on the first floor of the Gallery of NTU History

III. After the candidate has completed the application, the "Candidate Pass" will be printed in the registration system. Candidates should bring the "Candidate Pass" and the original copy of identification when taking the test.
1.When entering the main entrance of the school, candidates are required to show their "Candidate Pass". Chaperones must show their "Candidate Pass" to be checked with the candidates before entering the school. (No more than one family member or friend may accompany the candidate on the examination day.)
2.When entering the department, please present your original copy of Identification and your Candidate Pass. The examiners will take your temperature.
3.Please register in the Department office on the first floor in the Gallery of NTU History 20 minutes before your oral examination time. Please present your original copy of ID card when check-in.

IV. The maximum time for each candidate should not exceed 5 minutes. Please wait outside the audition room 10 minutes early. Please do not bring any files or personal belongings into the audition room.

V. In order to decrease the gathering of people around the audition room and reduce the risk of infection:
1.For the purpose of taking temperature and other preventive measures of the epidemic and controlling the number of people inside one room, candidates are advised to arrive at the building of the oral examination audition room within 30 minutes before the time of oral examination according to the department's regulations.
2.Candidates should wear a mask after entering the examination building and throughout the whole oral examination (except when the examiner checks their identity, candidates should take it off as instructed).
3.Candidates should monitor their own health status and cooperate with our staff in taking their temperature. If you have fever, cough or other respiratory symptoms, you should take the inform the examiner in advance.
4.Please do not enter the classrooms or waiting areas inside the building. Please wait in the ventilated area outside the examination building.
