4. Purpose of the Clerkship: To provide college students with an opportunity to experience the two-way communication, obstacle removal and feedback in the implementation of policies through assisting in various administrative affairs of the "Taiwan-Japan Friendship" diplomatic service.
5. Form of clerkship: Guided study by diplomatic consular staff
6. Benefits of the clerkship: To gain a practical understanding of the challenges encountered by the public sector and its response, to learn about the implementation and operation of the executive branch, and to cultivate young people's interest in diplomatic work.

I. Ability to collect data and basic analysis
