I. Requirements For Transfers (transfer-in)

Applicant QualificationsApplicants who meet The Third Article in The Regulations of Transfer in NTU.
Admission Criteria and Percentage Admission Criteria:Full Academic Transcript will be reviewed, which will decide whether interview will be held or not. Applicants will be admitted according to the ranking within the number of admission quota.

Notes 1. Please hand in application through online registration before the deadline announced by NTU school calendar. Overdue applications will not be accepted.

II. Minor
Admission Quota10
Applicant Qualifications 1. Applicants who meet The Third Article in The Regulations of Minor in NTU.
2. Scores of each subject in last school year should be higher than 80 under the hundred mark system, or higher than GPA 3.38. In addition, scores of “Japanese (1)(2)”, “Japanese (I) (1)(2)”, or “Japanese (II) (1)(2)” should be higher than 80 under the hundred mark system, or higher than A- under the grading system. (or offer any certificates that could be used to proof Japanese ability, such as JLPT N3 in old system or New JLPT N4)
Admission Criteria and Percentage Admission Criteria:Admission process will be based on the academic grading in the last school year. Applicants will be admitted according to the ranking within the number of admission quota.

Others 1. Credit that are applied to be waived or taken during exchange period will not be counted as required credits.
2. Credit that are applied to be waived or taken during exchange period will be counted as elective credits, up to a total of 8 credits.
Required Credits Introduction to Japanese Linguistics, 4 credits.
History of Japanese Literature, 6 credits.

Selective Credits Japanese Oral / Aural Training, 4 credits
Intermediate Japanese, 6 credits
Japanese Syntax, 6 credits
Japanese Culture, 4 credits

Readings in Japanese Literary Masterpieces, 4 credits
※ ※Courses for whole school year can be counted as minor credits if those pass 60.
 Half-year credits will not be counted as minor credits.
